At Primitive Labs Research, we stand by the quality of our experimental apparel and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items. Ensure all original tags and technical packaging remain intact to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Package

  Securely pack your items in their original Primitive Labs Research packaging, ensuring the garment is folded neatly to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection

  Once received at our lab, our team will inspect the items for wear and tear before processing your refund or shipping out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
